All cakes include top and bottom piping and two colors in the base price. Final pricing may vary depending on the design. Your total will be confirmed via email invoice after processing this form. Please review the invoice carefully and let us know if any adjustments are needed.

At this time, we do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes.
Pickup Details
Pick up is available in University Place, WA. Specific details will be provided once the deposit is made.
Regular pickup hours are:
Pickup only – we do not currently offer delivery. If you would like to pick up outside of regular hours, a no-contact pickup option is available. This means your cake will be safely placed at the designated pickup spot, and you can collect it without direct hand-off.
Cake Details
All cakes are three layers or six layers tall, filled with our By Bear Signature Callebaut Chocolate Cream or a custom insert depending on the flavor, and finished with custom décor. All cakes include top and bottom piping and two colors in the base price. Final pricing may vary depending on the design.
Payment & Deposit
A full payment is required to secure your order. Discussing your order does not mean that your date is confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice, otherwise your spot may be released to another client. Please note that 50% of the full payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is refundable only if cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.
Deposit Policy
At By Bear, every cake we create is a one-of-a-kind piece crafted with careful attention to detail, premium ingredients, and hours of preparation. To secure your order and reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required as part of your full payment. Once the deposit is received, we immediately begin ordering ingredients, planning your design, and reserving kitchen time specifically for your cake. This means that even if you later decide to cancel, resources have already been allocated and preparation has begun. Because of this, the deposit cannot be refunded, transferred to another date, or applied to a different order. This policy allows us to maintain the high level of quality and artistry that our customers expect from By Bear, while also respecting the time and commitment it takes to prepare each cake. We truly appreciate your understanding and trust, and we look forward to creating something special for your celebration.
Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits (50% of your payment) are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in advance. While deposits cannot be refunded, we will work with you whenever possible to reschedule your order, subject to availability. The remaining 50% of your payment may be refunded if cancellation is made in accordance with our policy.
Allergen Alert
All cakes are prepared in an inspected home-based kitchen that handles food allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of any allergy risks.
Pick Up Policy
Late pick-ups without prior notice may be subject to a $10 late fee. Please let us know in advance if you will not be on time.
Agreement
By Bear is not responsible for any damages once the order has left our possession. High temperatures and direct sunlight may negatively affect the appearance and taste of your cake. Cakes should be kept in a cool area away from direct heat and sunlight or refrigerated until serving.
